Indian Army Soldier exam is a paper-pen based defence entrance examination directed for recruitment of soldiers in the Indian Army. Indian Army Soldier Recruitment is conducted for the following vacancies:-
a) Soldier(General Duty) GD
b) Soldier (General Duty with 10+2 PCM)
c) Soldier Technical (Tech)
d) Soldier Nursing Assistant (Sol NA)
e) Soldier Clerk/Skt
f) Soldier Tradesmen
The Indian Army Soldier 2022 Exam Pattern consists of the following
•Physical Measurement
•Physical Ability Test
•Medical Examination
•Written Test
Each part of the examination is qualifying in nature as such each aspirant needs to clear each stage of the examination in order to be considered for an Indian Army Soldier Vacancy.
Eligibility for Indian Army Soldier 2022 exam:-
a) Soldier (General Duty) GD
•Height- 169 cms
•Weight- 50 kg
•Chest- 77 to 82 cms
•Age Limit- 17.5 to 21 years
•Educational Qualification:-
SSLC/Matric with 45 percent in aggregate and 32 percent in each subject.
Aspirants with higher qualification need not need 45 percent in matriculation exam
b) Soldier (General Duty with 10+2 PCM)
•Height- 169 cms
•Weight- 50 kg
•Chest- 77 to 82 cms
•Age Limit- 17.5 to 21 years
•Educational Qualification:- 10+2 with subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Maths (PCM), English and pass in all subjects and optional subjects.
c) Soldier Technical (Tech)
•Height- 169 cms
•Weight- 50 kg
•Chest- 77 to 82 cms
•Age Limit- 17.5 to 23 years
•Educational Qualification:- 10+2 with subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Maths (PCM) ,English and pass in all subjects and optional subjects.
d) Soldier Nursing Assistant (Sol NA)
•Height- 169 cms
•Weight- 50 kg
•Chest- 77 to 82 cms
•Age Limit- 17.5 to 23 years
•Educational Qualification:- 10+2 with subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) ,English with 50 percent in aggregate and 40 percent in each subject.
e) Soldier Clerk/Skt
•Height- 162 cms
•Weight- 50 kg
•Chest- 77 to 82 cms
•Age Limit- 17.5 to 23 years
•Educational Qualification:-
- 10+2 in any stream, 50 percent in aggregate and 40 percent in each subject including English and including Mathematics/Book Keeping and Accountancy
- Graduate do not need 50 percent in class 12.
f) Soldier Tradesmen
•Height- 169 cms
•Weight- 48 kg
•Chest- 76 to 81 cms
•Age Limit- 17.5 to 23 years
•Educational Qualification:-
- 10th pass expect for the posts of Safaiwala and Masalchi
- 8th pass for the posts of Safaiwala and Masalchi
