DUSET or Delhi University Super-Speciality Entrance Test (SET) is a paper-pen based entrance test directed by the University of Delhi for admission to DM/M.Ch courses of study. Delhi University SET test score is accepted for admission to the following courses 
 
DM Courses: Cardiology, Neurology & Medical Gastroenterology, Pulmonary Medicine and Neonatology. 
 
M.Ch courses: Cardio Vascular & Thoracic Surgery, Surgical Gastroenterology, Paediatrics Surgery & Neuro0Surgery.
 
Eligibility for Delhi University Super-Speciality Entrance Test (SET) 2017: 
 
The candidate must have passed final MBBS examination and must have completed satisfactorily one year compulsory rotating
internship.
The candidate must have full registration with the Delhi Medical Council/State Medical Council/Medical Council of India.

•Cardiology, Neurology & Medical Gastroenterology - MD Medicine/MD Paediatrics/DNB* Medicine/ DNB Paediatrics
•Pulmonary Medicine - MD Pulmonary Medicine/MD Medicine/ MD Paediatrics/ DNB*Pulmonary Medicine/ DNB*Medicine/DNB* Paediatrics
•Neonatology - MD Paediatric/DNB Paediatrics
 
MCh. Courses - Cardio Vascular & Thoracic Surgery, Surgical Gastroenterology, Paediatrics Surgery & Neuro-Surgery
 
Eligibility:- Surgery/DNB* Surgery.
 
A candidate in order to be eligible for admission must obtain 400 out of 800 marks ie. 50 percent marks in Delhi University Super-Speciality Entrance Test (SET) 2017.  Only the result of those who secure 50% marks or above will be declared. In addition to this the candidate must also be medically fit to pursue the allocated course on medical examination. 
 

 
Delhi University Super-Speciality Entrance Test (SET) 2017 Application / Registration:- 
 
Eligible individuals may  obtain Bulletin of Information and Application Form (only against a Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque) fromthe Office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, V.P. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi–110007 in the following manner:
 
(i) By hand for Rs.2500/- (Rs.Two Thousand Five Hundred only) during working hours on all working days. 
(ii) By post for Rs.2550/- (Rs.Two Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty only) by sending a self addressed envelope of 10" X 8"
 
An individual who wishes to apply for more than course/discipline should pay an additional amount of Rs 500/-. 
 
Application complete in all respects must also be accompanied by attested copies of the under-mentioned certificates as per
requirement of the course applied:
 
•High School/Higher Secondary Certificate for verification of date of birth.
•MBBS Degree.
•Detailed marks certificate of qualifying examinations: I, II & Final Professional examination of MBBS.
•The compulsory rotating internship certificate.
•Registration Certificate from Delhi Medical Council/State
•Medical Council/ Medical Council of India.
•MD/MS Degree/DNB Certificate.
•MD/MS/DNB Examination attempt Certificate.
•Proof of writing thesis in case of candidate has passed DNBCourse.
•Employer’s Certificate, if employed (as given in the application form).

Delhi University Super-Speciality Entrance Test (DUSET) 2017 exam dates:
 
 

Delhi University Super-Speciality Entrance Test (SET) 2017 exam paper pattern:- 
 
Duration:-
•Paper I - 01 hour and 20 minutes
•Paper II - 2 hours duration
 
Paper I will consist of 80 objective types of questions (items). Each item will be followed by four responses marked (1),(2),(3) and (4) of which only one will be the correct or the most appropriate one. The test will carry a maximum of 320 marks.
 
Paper II will consist of 120 objective type of questions (items). Each item will be followed by four responses marked (1),(2),(3) and (4) of which only one will be the correct or the most appropriate one. The test will carry a maximum of 480 marks.
 
Each question carries 4 marks. For each correct response the candidate will get 4 marks. For each incorrect answer, 1 mark will deducted from total score.
