Assam Science and Technology University conducts Joint MCA Entrance Examination - JMEE for Admission into 1st Semester Class of MCA Programme of Assam Engineering College, Guwahati, Jorhat Engineering College, Jorhat and Girijananda Institute of Management and Technology, Guwahati.
 
JMEE 2019 Eligibility - 
 
(a) Age between 20 years to 26 years on 1st day of July 2019
 
(b) Recognized Bachelor’s Degree of Minimum 3 years duration with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation. The candidates must pass Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or at Graduation.
 
(c)A minimum of 50%  marks  must be scored in the  Qualifying Degree examination (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) 
 
Candidates appearing in their final examination may also apply. Provisional admission shall be permitted provided that the student gives an undertaking that he/she shall be able to provide final mark sheet/ certificate of qualifying examination within 2 months of taking admission failing which the admission of the students shall automatically stand cancelled. Candidates seeking provisional admission shall have to clear all subjects up to 5th Semester in degree level. These students will have to produce all mark sheets up to 5thSemester for verification during Counseling.

Upload Phtograph and Signature - 
 
Size of photograph should be maximum 35 kb and minimum 20kb. Size of Signature should be maximum 30kb and minimum 15kb. The photograph and signature should be either in '.jpeg' or '.jpg' format.
 
An Application Fee of Rs. 1000/-(Rupees One thousand only)  is to be paid online using “StateBank Collect” which facilitates payment through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net  Banking.

Assam JMEE 2019 Syllabus - 

Assam JMEE 2019 Pattern - 

There will be Joint Admission Examination for Selection consisting of a Single Paper of 3 hours duration, which will consist of the following Sections:
 
i) Mathematics: 30 Questions
ii) Reasoning: 30 Questions
iii) English: 20 Questions
iv) Fundamentals of Computing : 20 Questions
 
Questions will be MCQ type. Every Question will carry 4 mark each. 4 marks will be awarded for correct answerand 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
 
The question paper contains questions in English.
