    Symbiosis Centre For Distance Learning offers Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, which is one year duration course. It comprises of two semesters and registration of every participant is up to two years. The department aims to provide in-depth knowledge to students, by which they can build their skill and confidence. The programme focuses on developing HR leaders who are well qualified and have an ability to think and innovate something new in this field. Candidates seeking admission into this course must have graduation degree from recognized university.


    Duration and Registration Validity:-     The duration of PGDHRM program is of two years, while the registration is valid for four years.


    Eligibility:-

    • Graduate in any discipline, from a recognized University, OR
    • Diploma holders, (3 years diploma from recognized Polytechnic) with minimum 5 years supervisory experience after completion of diploma, OR
    • International students who have graduated from a recognized University.
