Technical Education & Research Institute, Gazipur was started in the year 1994 and is affiliated to the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU). It offers management courses in various disciplines with an objective to educate and train young blood to develop managerial skills.
 

Admissions:
Following course is provided by the college:

• BCA
 
Candidates seeking admission to MBA/MCA are required to take the State Entrance Examination (SEE-UPTU) conducted every year in the month of April by Uttar Pradesh Technical University. Seats of management quota (15%) and vacant seats, if any, are filled directly as per university guidelines.
 
For admission to BBA / BCA, candidates have to take a Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the institute every year in the month of June, followed by group discussion and personal interviews.
