At Sinhgad College of Pharmacy (SCOP), since its inception in the year 2000, great care is taken to ensure overall development of budding professionals.
Continuous efforts are being made to ensure that the future is always bright for SCOP students and every challenge becomes an opportunity for them.
The college lays emphasis on the Industry-Academic interactions and has visiting faculties from the Industry and healthcare services. The college has regular interactions with various professional bodies.
The candidate should have passed H.S.C. examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Educational or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory along with one of the following subjects Mathematics / Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science and secured minimum 45% marks (minimum 40% marks in case of candidate of Backward class categories belonging to Maharashtra State only) and MH-CET.
The Institute’s campus provides modern facilities for the students and an academic environment. It includes facilities such as virtual classrooms, well equipped library, a computer centre, lecture hall, various laboratories for different departments, hostels for boys and girls, auditorium, adequate facilities for sports, games and co-curricular activities.
Placements are provided to deserving students. A Placement Cell functions in the College for the students regarding employment opportunities within India. The training & Placement service operates year round to facilitate contacts between companies & Graduates. Staff members are available to respond to student’s questions and concerns of all kinds.
