Sengunthar Arts and Science College (SASC) was founded by Sengunthar Education Trust is pioneer, self-financing, co-educational Institution. It is affiliated to the Periyar University, Salem and offers 14 UG Course, 9 PG Courses and 3 Research programmes. Founded in the year 1991, College aims to provide quality higher education to the rural youth with an affordable cost to mold them with better conduct and character committed to societal needs and national development.

Candidate must be qualified in National Level Entrance test with a score of 50% and above. They will be called for GD and PI.
 
List of successful candidates will be announced within 3 days’ time of personal interview, whereby the candidates are given sufficient time to pay the fee and join the program.

The Training and Placement Cell motivates and train the students for their upliftment in career. In addition, the placement cell had a tie-up with Redington Elite Smart Learning Centre to train the students as CSR Activity.
