Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology (RAIT) is a private engineering college in Navi Mumbai, India affiliated to Mumbai University. It is an unsubsidized, public A+ graded college. The institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and by the government of Maharashtra. 
The college offers Bachelors and Masters Program in engineering. It aims to promote excellence in technology and for nurturing smart engineering talent.

RAIT is located in D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth in Nerul, on a large campus. The college is housed in a building occupying 120,000 square feet area.
