Lokmanya Tilak Institute of Architecture and Design Studies aims for holistic development of the architectural profession, by achieving symbiotic relationship with all the three facets. It was started in the year 2011 and offers B Arch course to their students. It is affiliated to the University of Mumbai.

Below are the criteria for admission:
 
• Pass in 10+2 / Higher Secondary / Pre-University or its equivalent with Mathematics and English as the compulsory subject and obtained a minimum of 50% (SC/ST 5% relaxation) of marks in all the subjects in qualifying examinations. 
• The student should compulsorily appear for NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) and a get a Minimum Score of 40% Aggregate.
