  • KRVIA offers a five year B.Arch degree programme affiliated to the University of Mumbai and recognized by the Council of Architecture (COA). The structure of this course is as per the framework of Mumbai University.Electives are offered in the second and fourth year of study. Internship programmes are offered in each year of study wherein students are offered hands on experience in the industry. The course culminates with a Design dissertation and a term of practical training.The intake capacity of this course is 80 seats.

    01)HSC (std. XII) or equivalent examination with minimum 50% aggregate marks (with Maths as a subject)

    02) Diploma in Engineering under 10+3 Scheme of the State Board of Technical Examinations and secured a minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for backward class candidates from Maharashtra State only) in the Diploma Examination (or the educational qualification as stipulated in the revised norms laid down by the Director of Technical Education/Government of Maharashtra,) and the compulsory Common Entrance Test (Aptitude Test) conducted at national level.

    Admission Procedure:- Admission will be done through NATA Score.

    The institute has an intake of 80 seats approved by the Council of Architecture New Delhi. The overall admission process for private unaided colleges in Maharashtra is controlled by MASA (Maharashtra Association of Schools of Architecture) which is a Centralized Allotment Process (CAP).

    Students aspiring to take admission should have passed the HSC (std. XII) or equivalent examination with minimum 50% aggregate marks (with Maths)
