Founded in 2014, Institute of Architecture & Planning, Nirma University is led by Prof Utpal Sharma and is the latest addition to Nirma University. It provides intellectual platform and opportunity for the young aspirants to interact and learn through integration with various other programs of the institute in the field of engineering, law and management.

Candidate should have scored at least 40 percent marks in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and,
 
Candidate should have passed Qualifying Examination i.e. 10+2 or 10+3 years Diploma recognized by the Central/State governments or IB Diploma and or other test with Mathematics  as one of the subject with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
