Dr. J.J. Magdum College of Engineering was established in the year 1992 and is affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur and approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The Institute has been awarded the status of ‘A’ grade by the Govt. of Maharashtra. It is reputed for its high academic standards, excellent infra-structural facilities, young and dynamic faculty and well maintained discipline.

 


Admissions:

Institute accepts valid scores of MHT-CET/ AIEEE entrance exam for various programs. Along with the scores, candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (Std.XII) examination of the Maharashtra State, Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and secured minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved category) in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics added together.
Selection will be completely done on the merit basis and will be called for group discussion and personal interview.
