Dept of Social Work was established in order to provide effective man-power in field of Social Sciences. It develops skills among students, to work towards social profession. The first course that they had started was training to women. It allows students to understand the problem and provides training to tackle natural disasters.

- Ph.d programs
 
-M.Phil 
Degree in Social work with minimum 55% marks followed by Written test and Interview.
 
-M.A in Social work
Bachelor Degree with minimum 55% marks. Entrance test followed by G.D and P.I


Facilities:

Modern computer cell, canteen facilities, conference room and huge auditorium is placed inside the campus. Library and Hostel for girls and boys is also available.
