Started in the year 2001, Aligarh College of Engineering & Technology, Aligarh has been approved by All India Council of Technical Education and affiliated with U.P. Technical University, Lucknow. At present institute is imparting MBA, MCA and B.Tech Courses in different disciplines and aims to prepare students for higher level of education in Engineering, Technology and Sciences so that they become competent, creative and imaginative professionals.

Admissions are open to all students who have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with a minimum score of 50 per cent and have appeared for the qualifying common entrance test (CMAT /XMAT/ SNAP /CET/ NMAT/ GMAT/ ATMA).
After the Test, the students have to undergo Group Discussion & Personal Interview. The Institute follows the directions laid down by the Government of Maharashtra & University of Mumbai for the intake of students.
