Accurate Institute of Architecture & Planning was established in 2012. For the degree courses, the college is affiliated to the Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknowand is approved by the Council of Architecture (COA). It runs with an objective to educate and train young blood to develop architectural skills.
 

Admissions:
College offers following course:
 
• B Arch
 
 The prospectus and applications forms will be available from admission office during working hours. Forms can also be downloaded from the website www.aiap.co.in or the students can also apply online.
 
For admission to first year of B. Arch, candidate must have clearly passed intermediate examination of U.P. Board or 10 + 2 Level examination or its equivalent from any recognized board / university and securing (i) minimum 50% marks in aggregate and (ii) clearly passed without grace, each compulsory and optional subjects. A candidate possessing three years Diploma in Architecture (10+3) recognized by Central / state government, is also eligible for admission to first year of B.Arch, only, provided the candidate has passed the diploma examination securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate without grace. Such candidates will have to appear in the entrance Examination for first year of B Arch.
 
The candidates will have to appear in the entrance examination UPSEE for admission to first year of B. Arch. (paper-4) as mentioned above or qualify NATA (National Aptitude test for Architecture).
