Academy of Human Resources Development (AHRD) was established in the year 1990 by National HRD Network and some of the stalwart professors in Indian Institute of Management (IIM). It is considered to be the India’s premier institute that offers students excellent education the expansion of human capital within an organization through the development of both the organization and the individual to achieve performance improvement. The institute is located in the commercial capital of Gujarat i.e. Ahmedabad.
The institute offers 2 years full time Post Graduate course in Management with specialization in HRD, OD and MBA. It also offers three years M.Phil and doctor level programme in the field of Human Resource Development.
The admission procedure would comprise of a written test and personal interview.
The written test would evaluate the candidate’s familiarity and aptitude of the candidate towards research in HRD.
Candidates would be screened and selected on the basis of their performance in the written test and personal interview
Academy of Human Resources Development (AHRD) has their own placement cell that is looked by the concerned officer. This concerned officer acts as a link between institutes and corporate houses. The placement cell helps the academics bright students to sharpen their practical skill by giving proper training and placements through campus selection such that they can take their first step towards success.
