A M S (Andhra Mahila Sabha) School of Informatics is one of the old institutes for women that was established in the year 1938 by Dr. Smt Durgabai Deshmukh. The institute is located in one of the largest metropolitan cities of India, i.e. Hyderabad.

It is affiliated to Osmania University and endows a wide variety of undergraduate courses in Arts, Commerce and Science such as B.A (Bachelor in Arts), B.com (Bachelor in Commerce) and B.Sc (Bachelor in Science) with Bio- technology. It also offers 3 years Master programme in Computer Application (MCA) and 2 years Master degree in Business Administration (MBA).

For enrolling to any undergraduate courses, the candidates should have passed higher secondary exams from any stream. For applying to MCA and MBA; candidates should have Bachelors degree from any recognized Indian universities.
 


Admissions:

Admission to MCA and MBA programme is done through an Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE) for the undergraduate students of all Universities located in AP. APSCHE authorizes one of the Universities in AP as a centralized admission committee. Based on the performance in ICET and choice of the institute, the admission committee allocates students to affiliated MCA and MBA colleges. Our college is one of the most preferred institute for girls for both the courses.



Facilities:

The college offers well equipped and modern infrastructure to both, students as well as teaching staffs. It has spacious class rooms, conference halls with highly furnished interiors. The institute also has well maintained library that has a wide variety of books on different subjects for students. There is also hostel facility for the students.
