Below you will find BITSAT 2021 Cutoff marks. The cutoff is the benchmark which the students need to cross in order to join the further rounds of admission. The official authority will release the cutoff marks along with the declaration of result. It is expected that the different cutoff will be released for the different levels of admission. The students need to score more than or up to the cutoff marks so as to be considered as qualified.
About the Exam:
• BITS Admission test or commonly known as the BITSAT is one of the leading entrance examinations.
• This exam is organized by the BITS, Pilani every year with the objective to offer admission to the various offered courses.
• This is the computer based online test and usually organized in the month of May every year.
About the Cutoff:
• The cutoff can be defined as the minimum qualifying marks which the students should obtain in the entrance exam so as to qualify the same.
• It may be possible that the BITSAT Cutoff 2021 will be released either in the form of marks or rank or both as per the requirement of the exam.
• Also, the cutoff is basically released by the official authority of the exam and hence, it is unquestionable and also unchallengeable.
• In order to get place in the merit list, the students will have to secure the marks more than up to the cutoff.
Purpose:
• It is known to everyone that the number of candidates appear in the entrance exam will be much more than the available seats. Therefore, in order to restrict the number of students for the counseling round, the need of the cutoff arises.
• Also, it is used to prepare the merit list of the students. Only those students will be considered for ranking who will secure more than the cutoff marks.
