International Institute for Population Sciences based in Mumbai is a deemed university exclusively for training and research in population studies. Formerly known as Demographic Training and Research Center (DTRC) this UGC recognized institution is engaged in teaching, research and consultancy services. Admission Procedure for Master of Population Studies (MPS) Programme:-
Candidates who wish to seek admission in this one year programme must have a master degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Geography, and Anthropology, with a minimum of 55% marks.
The selection will be made on the basis of a written test, personal interview and past academic records. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test and interview.
