Indian Institute of Journalism and New Media (IIJNM) is a journalism school in India that offers quality education in the field of Journalism. It was established in the year 2001 by the BS&G foundation. The institute operates under the supervision of Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. The most striking feature about the institute is that it has always been ranked first among Indian journalism colleges.
Indian Institute of Journalism and New Media offers various programs to those students who want to enter into the flourishing field of journalism. It offers one year full time post graduate diploma program with special focus on Print Journalism, Web Journalism and Broadcast journalism.

Completed application forms (downloaded using button above) must reach IIJNM by no later than June 10, 2013. The application will not be considered unless all answers are typewritten (or printed legibly), signed and dated. The applicant's full name must appear at the top right corner on each page of the application and supporting materials.
Alternately, applicants may complete the online pre-admission form in the Home Page. You may then follow up by sending copies of your academic records, required essays (see Application Form), and recommendation letters. Upon receipt of these, on-line written test and interview will be arranged by the admissions office.
Indian Institute of Journalism and New Media offers well equipped and modern infrastructure to both, students as well as teaching staffs. It has spacious class rooms, conference halls with highly furnished interiors. The institute also has well maintained library that has a wide variety of books on different subjects for students. There is also separate hostel facility for boys and girls.
